• • Must be solid in color
  • Cannot be white, or clear
• Cross
  • Most expensive stick is not always the best option.
  • Suggest stick with throwing leathers or rubber inserts

• Headgear (Two Options – Parent Choice)
  • Goggles – ASTM 3077

    • Any color, choose for comfort
  • Helmet – ASTM F3137

    • Preferred Cascade LX RED
• Cleats
  • Football, Soccer or Field Hockey preferred.  Some softball without round cleat configuration. 
  • No metal, must be formed rubber.
• Socks
  • Knee high preferred, crazier the better.
  • Multiple pairs.
• Compression shorts and pants – Black preferred.
• Water Bottle with name on it.
• Roll of athletic tape – White
• Sharpie for name tags
• Optional women’s lacrosse gloves.
